I had heard that carrots were not a naturally occuring thing, but never heard it explained.

yeah..the thing about carrots is 100% true ive tested it myself..I left carrots in my garden for over 6 months..never picked them...sure enough..yarrow grew from the stalk

i happen to know something about dates, i asked my father who is iraqi about where and how do dates come. he said that there is always a male date palm tree and a female one. it's with the help of people that they can give dates, and not alone. but all the people do is bring the two together using the pollen and all that. and olives are natural, they have a strong seed in them, and we cultivate olives alot here in morocco.
