this man had a passion for music, I think he would had used any chance to be in this "expensive" kind of music. Otherwise he would have been a general, with this passion. But he didn't kill or hurt people, he did what he loved ... conducting beautiful music...

Well you just look at the instruments. They are in good sync. What artistml says it's perfectly correct. This guy as many conductors plays a bit earlier, so the orchestra can be following. Depending on the director, the playing. But if you see any instrument they sound in at the correct time according to what they are being performed on the image. I hope this clears things at least for one page. lol
