High white blood cell count and fever caused by tazer? Ya right, those are caused by infection not tazers. Obviously he jumped. You don't break a heel unless you land on your feet and you don't land on your feet if you fall of get pushed. 19 times sounds excessive, but the tazer didn't delay surgery or cause his injuries. He caused his own injuries by jumping off a bridge.

wow...that's interesting that all of you professional investigators have been able to scientifically and undoubtedly come to the same conclusion. Maybe you all should go into business and solve some of these cold cases since you seem to know it all. When the REAL investigators get done and release their findings, then you can say what you want. But until you know, just shut it. I'm not a cop, just hate ignorant people who think they know it all by what they saw on a news story.

maybe that is the whole story in a nutshell. The police threw him off the bridge and was still alive to berate the police that did it. The police didn't like that so they took it a step further and tazed the kid. Wow police today are just plain sick

Can anyone out there please tell me just how we in the Western World, as an orderly, sophisticated, well-structured society are supposed to control and manage our rogue, ratbag and anarchist elements ? Shall we do what Hitler did & just plain shoot 'em ? Nah, we're a btter society than that. But what the hell do we do with them ? Most of the worst of 'em are already too far gone, beyond any hope of potential rehab, by their late teens. It's a mystery to me .. there seems no simple answer.
