very wrong, a hw90 comes with around 26 bar when you buy it, and it does 260m/s with that pressure. If your pellet would go say 420m/s you would not be able to shoot things with accuracy because you would be shooting faster than sound. That being said, a hw90 in .22 shoots best with around 22 bar

yep thats right .mine is also a .22 and is a bit slower than the .177 (with the same pressure) but mine is tuned, in holland they have a pressure of 6.5 bar i suppose (maybe in al countries i dont know??) but you can bring that up to 35 bar (not recomended) mine is up to 25 bar and shoot 420m/s-460m/s and believe me ...you dont want to get hit by that lol.

i agreë. a 5,5mm pellet hitting a pigeon in the chest with 260 ms is definetely enough to kill it. but of course you can't hit it in the wing and get disappointed be cause of the pigeon survived:P you have to hit the chest og even better head. but yes - that's definetely enough!

The .22 shoots 260 ms/s, I believe -enough for hunting
