Its not glass, It is some kind of water, I don't remember the name of it, and it stays solid until some heat (bout 32°C)touches it and it becomes a gas, as dense as dioxygen, and this gas is attached at the water that is still solid. witch makes it possible to pass things through. When the source of heat is gone, it solidifies rapidly at the same size and same density as the still solid "glass" and when he removes the salt shaker thing or the coin, the glass is not yet reformed.

1:54 - he swipes his hand over the coin. Also he takes his time to look for that certain coin. Because he has two. 2:31 - watch the hand that's not holding the coin. His three fingers are folded holding the 'other' coin. I haven't quite figured out how he got a second coin. OK... I couldn't figure out the salt shaker thing. But Chriss Angel did the same thing on it was him through a window... so it's a trick :p
