are you stupid. paint balls come out of the barrel as paint not a ball and water slows things to a very slow rate which then the paint(not the paint ball) would stop and fall to the bottom before hitting your enemy.and have you seen what a paint ball does to wood of metal, it does nothing at all they only hurt use because we have a small protective skin(plus nerves are what we feel when we are touched by a gentle hand or a strong baseball bat they still feel and react to it may it hurt or not)
