obv the point is to make music. but to stay up on the current metal/rock industry, you've got to play faster. its what mainstream wants, and thats what sells. its not terribly different from old metallica.

its arguable. i think they made better music when jason was their bassist. trujillo plays better though, like you said. in all, the best was, god rest him, cliff b., 'nuff said. cliff is the man.
