No he didn't Teddy Riely produxed this pharrell idd'nt produce for SWV until their second album New Beginning, this was on their first album It's About Time,

you are right pharell didn't produce this, Teddy Riley did, he produced and found SWV and Pharell was under Teddy Riley's wing, its Pgarell rapping S-W-V on the chorus though
