I thought Cornell was gonna lose his touch and then this song came out and proved to me how very wrong I was. This is one of the best band mergers ever contrived. If you want to sound like Tom Morello in this song you are going to need to start with a really nice delay pedal(set the time perfectly to follow you call and response style), volume pedal(better be quick) and pitch shifter(+1 octave mix all volume to send). This was a really imaginative use of these effects. The lead is glorious!
