I grew up with a tic and still have a tic. It sounds like I am making the noise to make a horse go faster. Almost like a click. It happens when I read silently to myself or aloud and I can't read any further untill it stops. When I speak to others sometimes I can't get a word out. Other times it does not happen at all. Yes it annoys me but I have to live with it. Thats life. Peace
