my mom died from aids and my dad got hiv from her... but she didnt pass it on to me and didnt even know she had it until she started getting sick out of no where... they tested for everything and hiv came up... so sad... i miss her everyday! rip mommy 12-15-04i was only 4 and she contracted it bc she used to do drugs or from somewhere... sure she made some bad choices which landed her death and affected a lot of pple but shes still human, she was jst living with a disease tht my dad lives with

I can't understand, how more then a half of the asked persons don't exactly know, how AIDS can be transmittet. Over 54% think, or they are not sure, if AIDS can be transmittet by a simple kiss?! That's cruel! I don't understand sometinkg like this!

I'VE heard 2 different things.AIDS orginated in Africa becuase it was a disease that simians contracted through sex.The same virus mutated to effect humans. APPERENTLY, some sex starved African screwed a monkey and there u has it. AIDS.

Its not a homo disease... Anyone get get HIV and eventually develop AIDS. They only reason that more of the homosexual population has AIDS is that their intercourse is more aggressive so transferring bodily fluids are more likely for them.
