its not wemens clothing, well, sometimes it is, but, its service for fans and also, its part of the style VK, which is Visual Kei. Visual Kei is drastic costumes, hair and make-up, bands like Ayabie, Dir En Grey, Gazette, and many more are also a part of the Visual Kei style. its not just a style in fashion, its a style in music aswell, like, Glam Rock and heavy Metal sort of thing i guess, when i was confused, i looked it up on Wikipedia, you should do the same ^_^
