True but rockingham is a full 1/4 track they just use 1/8 for this event...a friend of mine owns his own pro mod and hit 180 @ 4.0 at a crappy track with NARROW lanes.

I see how you like blaming us when there have been PLENTY of deaths from European races with people standing in the turns of the TRACK not on public roads, I don't see how you can say Stupid Americans when it was just a few peoples fault, not Troy's but the officials.

This video does have something to do with the Selmer tragedy, in that Troy Critchley was featured in each.Using Troy's accident to bag drag racing is wrong though.On the positive side, if this video brings the tragedy to the notice of good people who were ignorant of the accident, and they go on to support Troy by signing the petition, or support him in some other way, it can only be good.

Don't blame anybody; just make sure that all safety features are put in place from now on and sign the petition to help this bloke.At the same time, we must all have sympathy for those who lost their lives, their physical or mental health or their loved ones in this terrible accident.

why are people talking bout that tradegy on the road? this video has nothing to do with it! that tradegy was another matter but this video shows two awesome cars racing each other,i think its quite rude of people bringing that subject up. If it bothers you that much go on the thread about that crash! dragracing is an imense sport and should leave you critics out of it.

1/8 mile is the best, puts more emphasis on the driver reaction. You can have a slower car but still kick the crap out of anybody if you tree em. |
