that was amazing. so inspirational and uplifting. the 7/4 chords were just the right tempo for me, a lot of conductors i think make them too fast. BRILLIANT!!!

I believe that what Sergei Prokofiev said about this piece was right. It definitely has plenty of 'blinding colors' but it does not quite captivate me enough.

i love this song out high school band played this for compatition and i thought it couldnt sound better but now that i heard this we kinda sucked!! =)

Stravinsky is so cool when he conducts the 7/4 part. Hes really stiff but hes so into it, and very energetic for his age. You can tell that from 6:52 to 7:01 that he likes what he hears. Hes just smiling so much there.
